Customer Spotlight: Julie from BioTek at Dreamforce

With Dreamforce now officially in full swing, we wanted to cap our Dreamforce series (we’ve previously discussed tips and tricks with our own Juel Hood and Jeff Rogers, as well as first-timer Freda at Yaskawa Motoman) with one more customer spotlight: Julie Murray at BioTek. She, like Jeff and Juel, is a Dreamforce veteran. Read on for more!

This isn’t your first time at Dreamforce, is it? You’re quite a veteran now!

This is my 5th Dreamforce! There is so much content and so much to learn. My strategy is to pick topics that are relevant to BioTek’s business and plans for the coming year and focus on those. I fill my agenda with sessions and once I’m there I determine which ones I can skip for vendor meetings, going to the expo, etc. Marc’s keynote is always a must as well!

What are you most looking forward to at Dreamforce? About San Francisco?

The ability to get out of the office and just focus on Salesforce for a whole week!

You’ve been to San Francisco before–what are your favorites?

Each time I’ve been to San Francisco was for Dreamforce. My first two years I went on a wine tour in Napa–that was definitely my favorite.
