Aimed to help small businesses measure 2015 marketing and sales results, virtual classes available in October and November

September 30, 2015 – Aliso Viejo, CA: Luxent, the leading CRM and ERP solution and service provider that brings the best of the cloud to manufacturers, today announced new Salesforce training classes designed to help companies measure impact and ROI of marketing and sales activities as they prepare for 2016.

“Salesforce is an incredible platform that doesn’t just make you more successful, it helps you measure your success,” said Vivian Keena, Luxent CEO. “Luxent’s vision of bringing the best of the cloud to businesses extends far beyond an initial system implementation because we believe that confident users are empowered users. Our new training classes dive into marketing’s and sales’ results in order to provide actionable content in a flexible online format.”

Offered in October and November, the Show Your 2015 Results in Salesforce training class is an interactive, virtual class that includes hands-on practice time with a Salesforce certified instructor. Designed for beginner and intermediate Salesforce users, participants will receive practical instruction and advice for pulling year-end marketing and sales data into reports and dashboards, as well as best practices for setting up the platform for a more successful and measurable 2016.

“To really see the return on investment in the platform as well as your company’s activities, you need to be able to effectively organize and analyze the data and information already inside your system,” said Juel Hood, Salesforce Practice Director. “Effective use of Salesforce doesn’t end with setting up your users and a few campaigns—companies want to know that they did the right things to generate leads, move them through the funnel, and close new business so that they can replicate and scale what worked.”
