    • 3 hours over three, 1-hour webinars
  • End user training
    • Topics include: Salesforce Basics, Productivity Tools, Prospect & Customer Insights, Sales Deals & Reporting; Planning for Success
    • 8 hrs over 4 separate sessions, 2 sessions per day on-site
    • Includes hands-on practice in your Salesforce environment
  • System Admin training
    • Topics include: Security & Data Visibility, Metadata Configuration, Imports & Exports, Reports & Dashboards
    • 4 hrs over 2 separate sessions, 1 session per day on-site
    • Consultant available on site for any additional questions
  • Total training time: 17 hours including 2 hours of onsite time for 1:1 questions
