Senior NetSuite Developer

Description

Luxent, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to become a part of our dynamic team. As a NetSuite Developer, you will work closely with Luxent's consulting and support teams to design and develop top-notch solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and possess the ability to think creatively and proactively in order to suggest the most effective solutions. In addition, the chosen candidate will be work with the consulting team to identify and build Luxent's portfolio of LUXsolutions.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements
Analyze and architect solutions for business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or technical components
Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite
Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations
Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
Collaborate and communicate with team members to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

Requirements

SuiteScript development (SuiteScript 2.0) for new customizations as well as updates and modifications to existing scripts
Analysis of business processes to design and develop best-scripted solution
End-to-end management of Luxent development process including requirements gathering, scoping, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment
Troubleshooting scripts, integrations, and workflows
Creation of detailed user and technical documentation for new and existing customizations
Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript languages. Familiarity with JS frameworks like React and Angular are a bonus.?

Education and Experience

Frontend development and design capabilities ?
Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2+ years of experience or more with JavaScript frameworks, NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0 and/or 2.0
Familiarity with APIs and leveraging them to deliver quality experiences
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
Certified NetSuite Administrator, Consultant, or Developer II preferred
2+ years of overall development experience
1 – 2 years of working in a development environment
