About this episode

A jarred salsa anchors the demo: a bill of materials with component yield for planned batch waste, recipe revisions that can default by manufacturing location, lot-controlled inventory with expirations, and a lot trace run backward from a finished jar to the vendors behind each ingredient, then forward to every customer who received it.

Ben Katerberg works through role dashboards from executive to CFO, adds a sales manager view when an attendee asks, and answers an expiration question by building a lots-nearing-expiration reminder live.

The framing around the demo covers the requirements that recur in this vertical, ingredient quarantines for quality, 3PL and outside-manufacturing visibility, multi-channel order automation, and FDA compliance, illustrated by Lemon Perfect and BERO, the non-alcoholic beer startup co-founded by Tom Holland that went live on NetSuite before its product launched. Vivian Keena closes with pricing, tiered packages at roughly $120 per full user before discount, and what a partner negotiates on your behalf.

07all right thank you everyone for joining um it looks like a couple more people are joining in here but we can get started thank you all for joining luxent's webinar ready set netsuite a demonstration of netsuite Erp for food and beverage companies in today's webinar we will give you a quick introduction to luxent and netsuite followed by a demonstration of the powerful features that netsuite has and then we will close out with an overview of netsuite pricing and packaging if you have any questions as we move throughout the demonstration please put your questions in the Q&A panel and we will uh we will try to answer them at the end of the webinar or if it's something specific to the specific thing that we are showing

45we'll do our best to to show it at that point in time with that I would like to introduce you guys to the luxent team today we have Vivian Keena on the call luxent president and CEO Vivian has been in the P space for 20 plus years and knows ins and outs of netsuite next up we have Ben Katerberg the netsuite the director of our netsuite practice and chief solution architect Ben comes to you with 10 plus years of Erp experience in a wealth of Industry best practices and finally myself Brooke gpus a sales executive here at luxent with three plus years of experience in the netsuite Erp space let's get started luxent was founded in 2009 with our headquarters in beautiful Southern California we have Consultants all across the United States and this year we are excited to share that we are celebrating our 15th year we are a premier netsuite solution partner with the average consultant coming to us with 10 plus years of Erp or industry experience

45and at luxent we help companies with the selection implementation and support of netsuite with experience in third-party applications and development we are a also a certified suitecloud development partner meaning we can build and have applications on the netsuite app store we also have a Salesforce practice with apps on the Salesforce app exchange all right I will pass it over to you Ben thank you Brooke um so obviously everybody's here because they're curious um about what netsuite might do to their uh food or Beverage Company um so I just want to kind of go over a couple really highlevel numbers around the netsuite um kind of ecosystem where netsuite first started out back in 1998 uh as a net Ledger um is what they're called purely kind of a financial system and they built their Erp on the cloud they were the first Cloud Erp in in existence and they've been on the cloud ever since um

54well before uh companies most companies today you know ever thought that being on the cloud was you know sustainable um so um come come forward to today now obviously netsuite is um been a part of the Oracle umbrella where they've been able to grow and expand um their platform uh across um over 2117 countries around the globe um they have uh a lot of other ver articles that they've built out so you will notice that there is a very specific food and beverage solution that uh netsuite has published and this verticalization of their product uh and their expansion into a lot of these other countries with that Global footprint is what's allowed them to grow to over 40,000 customers uh around the world and that growth trajectory just in the last 12 months um they've surpassed over 6,000 cust customers uh who have joined that Suite so

01that's incredible growth trajectory um so here at luxent um we are a solution provider as as Brooke had mentioned um we specialize in food and beverage um so here's just a handful of our customers um you may recognize some of these logos out here um but this is kind of our our sweet spot here uh no pun intended um where we really really like to hone the craft of um some of the needs specific to beverage companies um or food companies so um as far as uh the kind of general areas of food and beverage that um we've we've come across uh not every single one of these uh might be one of your uh requirements but first and foremost one of the things that we hear time and time again from food and beverage companies is lot traceability uh product is all lot controlled uh from ingredients all the way through finished goods and having the capability to trace through either backwards or forwards um you where where are all the orders um that that used these raw materials or um you know what customers were sent these Lots um is very very important uh so

31I'll I'll demonstrate one of the tools that we have built into netsuite for that lot traceability uh factor a lot of food and beverage um rely on more batch manufacturing so the concept of building you know all of your um batches kind of all together and then kind of extrapolating those into you know bottles or packages of various sizes um and uh the the batch manufacturing maybe you uh perform that inhouse or a lot of food and beverages um more recently especially have been having Outsource manufacturing either the whole process being manufactured externally or bits and pieces of the supply chain is managed out outside of the organization uh and so a lot of organizations really like to have visibility into uh activities that are happening outside of their organization especially if

39they're sourcing their own raw materials that they'll ship to third parties for manufacturing another big piece that we see is quality management um and especially the capability to be able to quarantine specific um ingredients so U maybe there are certain batches of um you know salt or sugar that need to be quarantined and you need the system to be able to prevent um issuing any of those ingredients for your manufacturing process so that quality piece is essential to a lot of food and beverage companies um 3pl management so um a lot of companies May manage their own inventory but more and more and more food and beverage companies are relying on third parties um where they may have some specialty maybe they have some refrigeration and um a third party is managing your inventory in refrigeration units um and

50they're handling the shipment of product to um you know your big box stores or uh handling your inventory for Amazon uh getting ready to ship directly to Consumers uh so we work with a lot of third party Logistics organizations to integrate a lot of that inventory um and that order management within the netsuite platform uh and then multi-channel management a lot of food and beverage companies um you know they used to F solely focus on big box stores or distribution and more and more um we're finding companies are launching just with uh an e-commerce site to start or just on Amazon to start um but then growing and expanding into multiple channels and so with netsuite we've helped a lot of companies to bring in all of those various channels into an automated fashion where orders are coming in from all those channels without having to touch them uh manually

03and then FDA compliance is another big piece within food and beverage and uh netsuite is an FDA certified system uh where we can build um internal systems of control to ensure that we have compliance um throughout our business processes um so just a couple quick case studies and if you want more information on these case studies we will send something out you can request the formal case studies from some of these um so some of our customers in this case lemon perfect um this was one of the organizations that does have third parties managing some inventory they do have some outside manufacturing so they had a lot of different places that were housing information and they were really looking for a single source of Truth for all of these different systems and partners that had a lot of information of theirs so that single source of Truth for inventory for financials uh

04and then being able to manage their batches uh as those batches may change over time as well um so obviously for more information um let us know at the end of the survey if you'd like a copy of that detailed study for lemon perfect uh another more recent one um you may have seen this one um out on social media lately or the uh the late night circuit is Bero which was a um non-alcoholic beer company launched by um Tom Holland as a co-founder and this is an interesting case study where they are a startup they launched with netsuite and luxent prior to even launching the product to the public and so one of the big things that we were able to leverage with netsuite is to leverage luxent industry knowledge to build some best practices and to be able to set the foundation of a netsuite system so that they could grow at an incredible scale and they are already growing very very quickly after a launch um maybe even just a month ago so

20they're they're on fire thank you Ben we have one question that came across here is uh canet track expirations as well oh yes absolutely um so part of the demonstration I'm going to show um kind of that that level of detail you get with your inventory so lot controlled and showing that um lot information along with expirations and then some of the features that we have for ensuring that um maybe you don't have old inventory sitting around for very long so right um so I'm going to share my netsuite screen here and then I'm going to start with just kind of a highlevel overview and then I'm going to jump into a couple rolls and start showing some of the food and beverage features of netsuite all right um so what I've got here is um this is kind of a landing page uh I'm logged in at the moment as a senior executive role uh you might be able to see here on the upper right hand side of my page um

42I've got Larry Nelson here he's a senior executive at this organization um one of the other things you'll see here is here's a web browser uh URL so I log in I type in netsuite.com into um in this case it's Microsoft Edge um but I can use any browser um I I'd like on any internet capable device uh so maybe I have a tablet maybe I am using a desktop labtop um there is a mobile app as well so any internet capable device is capable of uh running that suite and giving you all of this visibility into the organization as long as you have an internet connection uh the other thing that you'll see here close to the top is there is a search bar um this search bar can be used for um essentially like the Google of your netsuite instance so if I were to type in something like whale as soon as I start typing I I get some recommendations here so I have a customer uh restaurant restaurant wholesale ink I have contacts um from a frozen foods wholesale uh vendor in this case so

10there's the vendor there's an event um that was logged um so I've got lots of different um capabilities um within kind of This Global search platform um whether I type in just a handful of words or I want to find let's say s740 if I type this in I can easily navigate to in this case what is a sales order for Alpha demand but the global search is very very handy when um maybe I'm looking for something very specific um and I don't already have um a oneclick kind of link to get to something uh so the other kind of General um look and feel of what's called a dashboard is what you're seeing in front of you here is there are things like reminders um these reminders here uh you'll see on the um upper left hand side these are controlling things like workflow um I have late sales reminders in this case I have uh leads prospects and customers without sales activity um these can be essentially any Dynamic data query you'd like um that point you to either further action or give you visibility to something so in the case of what was just asked the question around expiration um

53I'm just adding an extra reminder here just started typing in expert found uh a query that says Lots nearing expiration I'm just adding it to my reminder and here we go now I have a data query I'm going to open that in a new tab now I have visibility to um a data query that's showing me you know from anywhere from today through you know 14 days from now any lots that are expiring so I can see I've got some blueberry parfait that's in my Boston location that is set to expire today right I I probably need to get that uh you know thrown away um but I've got some product that is expiring at the end of this month so I've got nine days um to action some of this but once again just a simple Dynamic data query and one button click just for my reminder in my homepage uh I have uh what's called dashboard tiles these are uh one button kind of click um options that allow me to um have like a a report um a quick reference to something um so I have you know an AR aging and a balance sheet I can open these up in some new tabs here but

20it's just one buttonclick navigation to be able to get to some of these reports in this case very very quickly um and then speaking of reports uh just generally uh I know a lot of people ask about uh reporting in netsuite because it is one of the um best features in my mind of netsuite uh because what is an Erp without being able to pull data out of it and gain insights um but netsuite reports you are able to do things like export uh to excel so on the lower right hand side I have several options here um for um Excel I can do word I can do cfv uh I have um the ability to print or I can even uh email and I can set up some of these reports to run maybe on a schedule and every Friday I want these reports to be sent to you know I can create a list of uh email addresses to send them and they don't even all necessarily have to be in-house users of net right but

32this is one of the very nice handy features of netsuite is the ability to easily generate these reports and then export the data um also on your um dashboards are things like kpis so on this senior executive dashboard here got a lot of um Financial information in this case but just to show kind of how easy it is to tweak and um update some of this information here um here's a kpi that has you know Revenue expenses payables receivables if I just go to set up and then I can add a standard kpi I can just oneclick let's add cogs to this kpi and in this case it's a kpi so I'm comparing um multip mle uh points in time against one another so this period versus last period save and there we have it

37now I have visibility into what my cost of goods sold is this period versus last period to kind of show some of those Trend graphs um so very very easy to update on the Fly and manage um as you can see bright colors I have Graphics um so here's kind of a monthly sales Trend graphic um and by the way all of these that I have uh in these reports anytime I see a number um I can click into these numbers and it takes me into the underlying data so I clicked on uh a revenue number takes me to my income statement I can see this Revenue number I can keep clicking and going until I see the underlying data that explains my report numbers so this is one of the most powerful Tools in netsuite and which is really really great for audit concerns is if I ever see any uh information in any of my reports whether

43I'm looking at an inventory report or a financial report or a transaction report I can easily drill into that report to see what makes up those numbers and maybe it was uh somebody messed something up on one particular transaction and that's what explains it but once again very very easy to navigate and find uh where something looks off um here I've got some navigation shortcuts here um so lots of different reports um lots of different uh sales options uh I've got some other kpis here um and then every one of these Center tabs here up at the top these also have their own uh dashboards behind them by the way everything that I am showing you here these come preconfigured so I mentioned that netsuite has a um food and beverage vertical solution split out already um that food and beverage solution already has these rolls and these dashboards configured for you on day one so when when

56you're looking to implement here using luxent we install some preconfiguration that comes with the vertical Solutions we install some of our luxent specific Solutions as well that we have learned over the years from the food and beverage space and that comes with your instance of netsuite here on day one which is very very nice so you're not having to think and dream up some of these reports and dashboards um just from scratch you're just having to do little tweaks to what's already here so in this case here are some board metrics for the senior executive um and very very nice here I can I can put all of the metrics that I need to report to my board directly on my dashboard here and then the other nice thing about the reporting in netsuite and a lot of the reports that show then on my dashboards is as soon as I create a transaction in netsuite so maybe I just got a big Walmart order that I invoiced them for

59I'm immediately going to see this period's Revenue increases as soon as I invoice Walmart so it is realtime information um let's pivot over to another role here so our supply chain manager so once again a lot of the same look and feel of the dashboard but obviously this is from the perspective of a supply chain manager so I can see several to-dos U I've got some purchase orders that are pending receipts I've got some sales orders that are pending fulfillment here's my lot nearing expiration that we saw earlier um I've got a reminder here showing me some allergen items so several items here highlight you know if they contain eggs fish once again this is part of that food and beverage vertical solution um that you get uh and then um some other interesting things with netsuite um with these reminders is this is telling me um based on um my planning parameters when do I need to order more ingredients so

18I've got 11 items to order here this was something that was essential to another one of our clients uh soent who relies on um netsuite's MRP and planning functionality to ensure that they always have enough raw material ingredients to be able to ship out to their um contract manufacturers so in this case here I can see a whole list of different ingredients that have triggered reorder points um and all I need to do is just um validate um which lines I want to trigger so couple for San Francisco I've got preferred vendor set up selling me 18 uh I'd like to order here and here's my price my current price that I pay them and all I need to do is check a couple boxes and submit my order and this generates my purchase orders for me um based on my planning parameters um

26I'm going to do just show a couple of the reports here um from my supply chain manager perspective obviously my supply chain manager is going to be interested in a lot of my inventory positions um so here I have visibility into um within a date range kind of a running total of my inventory so between you know the first of the current month and the end of the month um I netted an increase in in this case 196 uh units of my blueberry parfait and that's made up of a handful of assembly builds here um but once again uh very very easy to report to uh set up um and run and I have that visibility um within you know a certain time frame to inventory activity from the valuation standpoint um these reports are showing me as of date so as of today I can see I've got um 172 units of my blueberry parfait on hand um here's the total value $795 in value is what that represents

48that's only you know a very small portion of my total inventory value then lastly here's an inventory profitability report um I can see here um my uh Italia spring water my 1 L glass bottles uh I've got quite a bit of Revenue here that I've made just this month um it's 2.75% of my total revenue and I can see my gross profit is I'm making a 100% profit on this so water is always nice like that um I'm going to Pivot over to one other rle let's let's look at our production manager um just to kind of get a feel for the manufacturing functionality within netsuite for huden beverage um so once again same general look and feel of the dashboards I've got the reminders um informing me you know here's a couple interesting ones here's five items with recent uh cost increases so um I can see here wow

01it's got a huge price increase uh for my um what is this lemons or limes my limes have increased 2300 per so uh very nice to have that visibility showing me um several items with recent cost increases here um I have uh some of my planning alerts I've got some late work orders maybe I'm running short on uh some ingredients so I've got some late work order um notifications here uh here are some of the kpis for my manufacturing operation uh so I can see here um you know my order fill rates the value of my inventory days on hand of inventory um here's how many work orders I created today versus this week versus this month mon um order scheduled to ship and then here's kind of some of my inprocess details of my in-house manufacturing uh I'm going to also pull up just a couple um products here so you can see I've got some salsa a 12 O jar of salsa

28this is a a product master in netsuite so this is kind of all of the underlying Master data associated with in this case my 12 oun jar of salsa you'll note that units uh we have multiple units of measure um this was something that was um very very important you know for um you know lemon perfect for instance because they had uh you know bottle size changes um you know you may start with 12 O bottles and then have 16 o bottles and so being able to have multiple units of measure um is very very important and maybe you have individual bottles but then you sell in cases so in this case my primary sales unit for my 12 ounce jar of salsa is cases um but I stock it in eaches um so once again very very easy to kind of go back and forth with conversions there and then and

28I've got um my bill of material and my revision another important thing for lemon perfect was they were changing their um recipe and they needed the ability to track multiple versions of their recipe so here we have just one revision of this salsa um but maybe if I made a change to my batch I may have uh a new batch that's affected today and it's a different you know revision to um or maybe I have different versions of my recipe based on the location where it's manufactured I can set up multiple revisions and have defaults for specific locations as well then here's just a quick little view of uh the inventory uh on hand for My Salsa by Lot number so my lot J 101 I've got 120 on hand in available in Boston uh I've got a lot number jar 102 um so I have this visibility into what specific lots and how much do I have and where is the inventory at um I can also modify this view as

45well so that I can share the expirations as well of each of those lots obviously I have an allergen guy so if I have any of my product that has kind of any allergen uh information I can Mark those as well um and then the other thing I want to share is I've got um my bill material inquiry so this is just the nice handy way of being able to see what my bill of material looks like you know exploded here's my 12 O jar of salsa you can see level one of my recipe is my bulk salsa my jar my label my lid but then my level two uh my bulk salsa is made up of tomato red onion cilantro jalapeno limes and you'll also note that I have various quantities um and component yield um component yield is really that concept of um building in some planned scrap which we see all the time I think especially in um beverage uh where you know you plan to make a batch of a certain size and you always add a little bit extra raw ingredients um raw materials um within each batch um or kind of planned waist um so

24that's one thing you can see here here then I also can see the inverse um my component where used inquiry so I would use this to see where um you know how many different um batches do I use this particular raw ingredient so here is a material where I can see um it is used in my bulk salsa only um and then the bulk salsa is used to make the jar which is the level two but I could theoretically have um things like water um or salt or sugar that might be used in lots and lots of different um batches uh and so this is where I have that visibility into everywhere where a particular component is used right um and finally

36I'm going to show one more roll check out our efo rooll and just to kind of jump into some more of those financial reports where the accountants on the phone um here is the outof the boox income statements um and in this case I can do some of my pivots maybe I segment my product in such a way where I have product classes so I can run my income statement segmented here by product class and and go all the way down and see here's my net income by product class so product class am I making the most um and once again any one of these reports I can just click into a number and it'll bring me down to the transactions that explain it which is great for my accounting audit here's a balance sheet report um I'm going to start with kind of a Consolidated view so maybe I am multi- entity or multi country maybe I'm selling my product in you know Canada uh also um I I want to be able to see here's my Consolidated balance sheet values um but then here's Canada um you know

08I've got $510 of inventory in stock in Canada um two million in stock in my us sub so very easy to do some of these pivots here I could look at just within my us subsidiary uh um maybe I want to look at my balance sheet grouped by accounting quarter right here's what my balance sheet was last quarter and the quarter before that I can kind of track some of that trending history as well um if I wanted to add any filters to say um on my income statement hey what would my income statement look like if I'm looking at just maybe a handful of customers right so this is just the handful of my customers I selected here and I can see my net income by product class for you know a handful of customers like it here right uh one other thing I want to show you here is um the lot Trace function so for our lot Trace here um

43I'll do our us subsidiary let's Trace our salsa and our jar 100 Lot number so this is uh a finished good I'm looking at so this is a backward trace of my lot um so I can see on component receipts this this finished good was made with a work order but if I expand the node further I can see there is a work order uh for my bulk that went into the finished good then if I go in further to my bulk I can see here are all the POS and item receipts of um my tomato and my red onion and my my raw ingredients that went into the underlying uh jar 100 of my finished good so I have visibility into these specific lots of these raw materials went into my my bulk that went into my finished good jar uh and here are the vendors they came from

05this is when I received them and here are the receipt numbers and the associated lots of those uh raw materials on the production side right same kind of visibility um here's the work order it was generated with here's the work order that the bulk was made with um that fed into my finished good uh on the Fulfillment side these are all the customers that I shipped my uh finished salta lots to so I sent 24 to tager Pub with this fulfillment number in this sales order um and here's the expiration of that lot um I sent this amount to meu Industries um if I had any customer returns I'd have visibility to those as well if I'm tracking quality data within netsuite I would have visibility to that uh on the quality tab so I could see results of uh my quality inspections uh and then finally here um show one more thing then I'll pass it over to brooken to wrap up uh so if you are doing any inhouse manufacturing for your um beverage or your snack um

26this is one of those manufacturing task schedulers so you can reschedule some of your work if if you have any conflicts you know this is a view by work center you can also have a view by work order as well but the the nice thing is there's a visual representation of the schedule and if this looks overloaded I can click and drag and move it to a different date right to reschedule when I'm going to do my Pi assembly at this workstation for instance so very nice easy visual uh representation of my manufacturing scheduler um and this is just a sneak peek into some of the inhouse manufacturing capabilities of netsuite and before you before we jump here um we have a question if you could show some of this from a sales manager perspective is ah yes absolutely yeah so another nice thing about netsuite when you get the core netsuite package is it comes with a CRM

51that's already built into the Erp so here is a sales manager Ro roll uh this is their dashboard obviously they've you've got the same look and feel of a lot of the other dashboards so the reminders there are six opportunities to close a handful of contacts without sales activity over the last week so this is our Target list of contacts you know here's their titles their emails their phone numbers for my sales to follow up with them they haven't bought uh anything from us in a little bit of time um here are some of my uh reports so here's a forecast um I can drill down uh if you kind of have a a sales organization with uh you know Regional sales uh you know national sales uh you can kind of drill down all the way to the individual sales reps uh roll up to the sales teams and I can run reports to look at their forecast by sales rep um

58this is a nice little report here I want to drill into some of those numbers and I can see the makeup of um these uh uh in this case Bert Rocket's uh sales forecast which is made up at the moment of sales orders invoices credit memos um but as I create opportunities as I create quotes or estimates for customers all of those roll up into to a sales forecast and then I'm able to look at you know my forecast versus actual reports as well um forecast versus quotas um so I can set up quotas for the team um I can run reports on forecast accuracy I can look at my pipelines for customers so here is a particular pipeline for my Acme customer it's a quote in propos osal status with 75% probability of closure um here are my top five customers by total pipeline reports my kpis for my sales looking this month versus know the same month last fiscal quarter um I can see here sales trending reports unbuild orders um and I generate um you know lead tracking as

29well um you know how many leads do I have left to close and the nice thing with netsuite CRM is leads can automatically kind of graduate to prospects and Prospects can graduate to customers depending on what transactions you're creating whether it starts with an internal opportunity you provide them an estimate they get their first sales order um that progress can automatically happen for you and then you can also track things like um events and TKS and phone calls um so I can add you know tasks that are overdue here so I can create tasks in netsuite assign them to various sales reps uh task might be call this customer today to talk about this opportunity and then um I have my to-do list on my reminder tracker so that's a little bit about that sales perspective here hope that was helpful great thank you Ben all right Vivian over to you thanks thanks brick

49I'm going to go through this pretty quickly because we use a lot of our time um so you can go to the first slide um and if there's anything more that anyone wants to see if that wasn't exactly what you were looking for on the sales side if there's more additional information you need we're happy to set up like a 15 minute 30 minute demo to answer those specific questions for your company um so there's there's options right you can on how to buy netsuite um some of you guys um are many many companies um tend to to look at working with a solution partner like us um and we hope all of you come and work with us um and the benefits of working with a solution partner versus going directly to netsuite is really twofold one we're there to help you um navigate through the negotiation of the contracts to ensure

38you're protected to ensure you get the right software um you don't really need to over buy software at the beginning just buy what you need and kind of let's slowly go down that path together based on your needs um so we so we so we invest in working with our partners long term you know there to support you and protect you and ensure the contract's the right bit um you know when Bero was first starting out they had a very very tight budget and they were starting out with a minimal staff so they were all doing many things um and they wanted to start out with the right software but they wanted to do it um very very um with with a small amount of software so the footprint was very small the implementation was small and we just gradually started to grow with them so you know we can base this based on the size you are today and kind of grow with you as you grow if you already have an infrastructure and lots of things going on um we can look at what you have

39and then make it fit for you so you can go forward um when to buy like I said um you know if you're just starting out as a company like Barrow if you're a company um you know lemon perfect was on a application that they were starting to implement and realized it wasn't the right um right application for them so they had to kind of backtrack and stop the implementation and then selected netsuite and luxent to help them um and it was a huge difference for them and um it's a little bit more detailed than the case study but um that really you know it was they realized that you know putting in the wrong software is just you know and making that investment and having to do that twice uh especially for car companies in a startup mode they just don't have the time or the resources to to make those kind of mistakes um but if

30you're on a legacy application or if you have multiple systems in place or just don't have the visibility and control that you need specifically in food and beverage um that's really where you need those controls right as Ben said on the quality side on the 3pl side on just just the whole overall management of the product as it goes through the process um you can go forward so netsuite's um kind of broken out out into packages um they've been super aggressive specifically at the end of any of the year um if anybody's looking um to get some pricing right now um many companies are calling us right now just to get pricing and budgeting for next year to maybe start out in q1 or Q2 looking at at um putting in a Erp system but they they have packages based on if you're a startup if you're only doing financials if you're in mid-market 30 users um or less and then if you're a premier customer

27and then everything's based on users and there are different types of users but for a full User it's $120 a user and that's before we uh negotiate that discount for you um and then um if you're if you have some uh users in the warehouse if you have some users that are just sales reps and they're just you know kind of reviewing information we can work out different type of user structures for those type of users based on their use um so so from that um we would be happy to sit down with any of you on the phone to work out pricing um if you are a PE firm and you're looking at getting a master Services agreement we also do that we can get you a master Services agreement so then as you kind of um inqu uh acquire different companies we can have that Master Services agreement in place for you with a discounted rate and that rate would stay in place for for all of those companies under that umbrella so um Wherever You Are in whatever type of situation

27you're looking to get that next step of pricing um you know give us a call let us schedule a 30 minute conversation to do a little bit more um understanding of what your specific needs are and then we can get you the both not only the pricing on the product the licensing but on the implementation um and um ongoing support for that solution um so with that I will hand it over to Brooke and she could close up all right thanks V we actually do have one question here um and this may be a question more for you but who are the available financing Partners um netsuite is the best financing partner we have available out there um they do some pretty aggressive uh financing um they have zero interest six months free um they have they have a lot of different creative financing and with it being Oracle they're very large but there are other um vendors out there that we work with we haven't worked with them in a while because

30we've been working with Oracle mostly for this last year but there are other vendors out there that do software lending um and I could I could get back to somebody on that and get the names for them okay great thank you um since we are short on time here if there are any other questions please uh put them in the chat and then we can we can respond back to you via email to get your questions answered uh as we kind of close out this webinar here we would just I just wanted to to call out our purchasing process if you are you guys are interested in netsuite and you you did find today's webinar super helpful you've already taken the first step congratulations you've attended one of the demos the next step is to schedule a 30-minute Discovery to get your budgetary pricing so we'll meet with you learn more a little bit more about what you need out of netsuite in a partner like luxent

22and then we can get that pricing over to you if you're looking for pricing for you know this year great if not um obviously we can help you with some budgetary pricing for for 2025 and into q1 and Q2 after that we we schedule a tailored demo so a big demo for your team that has everything that you guys are looking for to see how the system would actually work for your business and then we help work with you guys to negotiate the licensing cost which is the biggest perk of working with a partner is to have someone on your behalf negotiating for you that does this day in and day out and finally um you guys are able to to jump onto your netsuite journey and begin your implementation so

06that's kind of the next step processes of of working with netsuite and with luxent we do have a survey that will pop up at the end of this webinar if you are interested in either of those two case studies at the end of the survey you can request those case studies and we will send them to you and if you have any other questions please let us know thank you and have a great day
