Q: Can you tell us about your background and experience with NetSuite? 

A: Absolutely! I’ve spent over 20 years working with the NetSuite platform in a variety of roles, all centered around helping customers maximize its potential. That experience has given me deep insight into both the platform itself and how different industries—from software to telecommunications to professional services—can use it to drive growth. What I love most is working alongside customers to help them not just use NetSuite, but use it as a strategic tool to support their business goals. 

Q: What’s the primary goal of the LUXService+ program? 

A: The core goal of LUXService+ is to help our customers fully leverage their NetSuite investment. NetSuite is a powerful platform, but it requires expertise, ongoing support, and thoughtful alignment to business objectives to get the most out of it. That’s where we come in. Our team provides proactive support, guidance, and resources that help customers overcome challenges, optimize processes, and stay focused on growing their business. With LUXService+, we’re not just fixing issues—we’re working alongside customers to ensure their systems evolve with them. 

Q: How does the LUXService+ program help customers control costs? 

A: One of the biggest benefits of managed services is cost efficiency. Building and maintaining an in-house team with deep NetSuite expertise can be expensive and hard to scale. Q: How do you ensure customers are satisfied with NetSuite?

We provide ongoing training, personalized support, and proactive recommendations to help customers feel confident with the system. We also actively gather feedback to make sure our services are meeting their needs. Ultimately, success for us means our customers are seeing real results, feeling supported, and able to use NetSuite as a tool for growth—not a source of frustration. 

Q: Some customers worry about the cost or committing to a long-term managed services contract. What would you say to them?  

A: It’s a fair concern—committing to any long-term investment deserves careful consideration. But I always encourage customers to look at the full picture. Building an internal team with the same level of NetSuite expertise, flexibility, and specialized knowledge can be incredibly costly—not to mention hard to scale.
